Thirty years ago there was Time and Motion Study and the occasional Business Doctor but most people hadn’t even heard of simple tools like Time Management.

We were all relative amateurs, muddling along.

About 25 years ago the pioneers in human performance in a business setting were starting to develop their early concepts and methods, people like Sir John Whitmore, world famous author of Coaching for Performance and Kieran Baldwin at TSB Bank with his Seven Steps in Performance Management.
We worked with these people. They were our mentors. And we went on (as a team) to spearhead sales and performance training for the entire company UK wide, as LloydsTSB became a leader in innovative retail banking.

That’s us, Nigel and Ross, over all those years.
