Case Studies

A brief case study of a recent project with a global insurance giant.

Very much playing to Ross’s freewheeling style this was a nicely open-ended performance management assignment for individuals, teams and groups with no long sessions but a lively element of uplifting presentations, role-play and feedback sessions aimed at spreading communication and understanding and placing colleagues on the same page.

This kind of exercise, one that demands active participation and real-time analysis, can have a very powerful impact by asking people to dig deep, tell the truth and accept feedback – resulting of course in the lifting of restrictions, the spread of mutual understanding, the excitement of fresh ideas and the energising of subsequent actions.

You really have to do this to sense the benefits, which are tangible and can of course be carried forward by follow-up coaching.
